i believe this is some cuts of 어깨동무 or human mentor, mentoring a model episode. hwangbo had uploaded this cut to her cyworld and later uploaded to youtube by sangchu 2012.

i think she was a bit overreacting but it was super fun ^^ her co-mc (not brian) was very supportive of her and became speechless when hwangbo pretended to take off her shirt. naughty hwangbo! the judge (i think he was one, since he sort of taking note of hwangbo's catwalk performance) seemed to love hwangbo's antic ^^ who wouldn't right?
