bad news, Mnet has changed its voting process. users have to buy Mnet mp3 download voucher to vote. vote can be done once a week, from friday 11.00 a.m until monday 9.00 a.m. only and only ID with download voucher can vote. each Mnet voucher will cost KRW7700 inclusive of VAT.

 

ranking of Mcoundown is decided based on the following

• MP3 download + streaming (listening music with Mnet's mplayer) + CD sales (60%) 
• Mnet vote (20%)
• Mnet's assessment (10%)
• SMS vote during Mcountdown (10%)

i agree with some people, sounds ridiculous but that's how it is at the moment. will we loose much?
