in sumiok (episode 4 on 29.04.2011), hwangbo said "i got cast in a pasta restaurant. at the time, my skin was tan and i always let my hair down”.
hwangbo told how baffled she was and saying "when i got cast into the kpop group chakra, they didn’t test my singing or dancing abilities at all. i think they fell for my appearance". hwangbo added, “later, the producer told me that we’d be doing indian themed songs".
